Gizzy has finally been tried out with a collar. The pink bandana was presented to her to sniff at and then laid gently across her neck. I have to admit, I thought she wouldn't have any of it and run off, but I sat in amazement as she purred like mad whilst it was fastened. I have to grudgingly admit she does look cute, of course I would never say such a thing. My suspicion is that she now feels she belongs - she always did before but now she's got a collar she looks just like Lily and me.

There's a cat on the ceiling!
Whilst chasing mice on t'interweb, I came across this (courtesy of Tubbypaws)
Apparently you can create a cat's head on the ceiling. Looks like Lodger........

Freedom! Of sorts...
Tomorrow is a day of beautiful freedom! It's a saturday which means I can kick my paws back and have fun. Think i'll do a spot of Gizzy/Lily bashing, frogging in the pond, hunt out Lodger, prowl under cars, taunt the dog opposite.......... ah but there's a catch. It's too windy :( it makes funny noises and rattles things and ruffles my fur. Once I get outside I want to be back in again because of the wind, but it's just too enticing......
Can't decide whether that makes me image conscious or a babyish wimp?

Soapy fun
I've been helping my owner's to wash up. Personally I can't see why they don't seem to find me swiping the cloth helpful. If they swish it around like that then what do they expect? Honestly.
But dolloping soap suds on my head just isn't on, don't they know how much effort it takes to look this good?

First postie - woo!
Thought I would dip my paw into this blogging thing. My whiskers stood on end a few times I have to admit, but claws crossed it's all ok!
My friend Salt has recently moved away courtesy of his owners *sniff* and I miss running down the lane with him and playing chicken with the alsatian opposite. Although that hasn't stopped me from hanging off the trellis taunting him ha!
I've recently discovered a new visitor to the garden which could be fun. A big ginger tom has made his bed in my owner's greenhouse. I don't think my owners are too happy though, although Lodger seems oblivious to their displeasure. All the more fun for me I say.
Added to that fun factor, the pond is bursting with frogs and frogspawn. I was in the little boys tray when I saw something near the window, I went to have an exploratory sniff and saw the frogs! So my hunting has now taken a new and exciting turn!
